Naozane Junmai- Daiginjoshu: A premium Naozane Sake made from highly polished rice, Kome-koji using special technique without addition of brewers alcohol.
A Sake brewer based in Kumagaya-city. The rice used is Sake Musashi and Yamada Nishiki specially cultivated to brew Sake in combination with a type of yeast that is uniquely developed in Saitama.You may enjoy the extravagantly rich flavor that spreads out in your mouth.
